In order to reach our support team, please log into you Relio H-Sphere Control Panel,on the left hand side of this page, you will see the "Support" Section, where you can enter a new Trouble Ticket. If you are not yet a Relio user, or are unable to login to your control panel you can send an email to support@weberz.com or call us toll-free at 877-588-5461. Our phone support hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm Pacific Time.
